Myles Mangino

Myles Mangino is a New York City based lighting and production designer whose work spans concert touring, fashion, broadcast, experiential events, and multimedia production. With a career of more than three decades, he has designed and produced projects throughout more than 45 countries, creating visual environments that combine cinematic atmosphere with technically innovative execution.

As founder and president of HIGHLT Production Design Studios, Mangino leads creative and production teams specializing in live entertainment, immersive experiences, previs, and large-scale event design. His background began in the underground music scene of the Northeast during the 1980s before evolving into an international career in lighting and visual design.

Known for blending raw live-performance energy with refined visual storytelling, Mangino’s work has included international concert tours, fashion presentations, livestreams, architectural installations, branded experiences, and cultural events for artists, agencies, and global brands.

Alban Sardzinski

Alban Sardzinski is a New York based production and lighting designer with extensive experience in concert touring, live events, broadcast, fashion, and experiential production.

As co-founder of HIGHLT Production Design Studio, Alban also serves in a senior production role at See Factor Industry where he has managed and designed large-scale productions throughout the entertainment and live events industry since 2001. Prior to joining see factor Alban received an Associates in Computer Science and a BA in Theater from the University of Stony Brook. The early years focusing mainly in theater he spent his time on the east end at Guild Hall, West Hampton Performing arts center and Bay Street Theater. Following his passion for live concerts he made the move to NYC and started at See Factor. There are very few places he has not worked and has an extensive list of artist he has collaborated with. Design is his passion, and he is grateful to have the opportunity to build an environment that brings life from concepts to their creation.
